This program provides medical, dental, vision and life insurance for participating libraries. Additionally, PHIP provides an Employee Assistance Program and handles all COBRA requirements for participating libraries.

Guidance Resources is a confidential Employee Assistance Program available to PHIP Libraries and ALL members and their dependents. There is no charge for this service. Counseling services are available in Emotional/Work Life Counseling, Financial Information & Resources, Legal Support & Resources and Health & Benefit Services.
